Perhaps some more options in report abuse

There are many noobs try to threaten me by saying that I scammed their main which I never did,and they said they are going to report me.. and i wish to report them.. but I dont think that'll go inside any of the options

Actually it's technicality but it goes under Abusing customer service or whatever that rule is.

lol that once happened 2 me. this guy call lords of elv said he was a jagex mod and id scammed his main. he asked me 4 my pass and real adress. so....oknowing he was a noob, i asked him 2 duel. that shut him up lol.

why do they bother?

yes, there are only 12 options, this needs expanding, or maybe the player could put a short description themselves in a type-box
