Yeh welcome back to runescape. Sucks you have to start over again. Remember to change your rs status. It still says retired.

Hes talking about his old account. He is starting a new one becuase his old one got hacked and he had some peoblems recovering it.

there's no point really at lvl 40 either.

You should train up all your skills to be able to do several quests first

i made a point of getting all skills to 30, or whatever the minimum was for the high scores, but that was when high scores went to 500 000 not 1 000 000, also, to start off, i recomend mining about 500 ess for a bit of starting cash
