you dont need combat 90, i've seen lvl 60's do the barrows, all u need is good mage lvl and a few prayer pots, drhaosk great axe is onloy the best if you have full set of armour

everyone have his/her own prefferences, i like fast weapons, to hit lil lower but more frequently. Here ,it explains a bit

if you like...:
speed: (dragon*) scimitars, abyssal whip*
strenght: (dragon*) battle axe, d'harok great axe, spears, 2handers
endurance: (dragon*)longswords, halberds**, guthan full set
*members only
**very slow and members only

It depends on style, some focus on strenght, others on speed, and if wealthy on both.

You can buy weapons or get them from monsterdrops

there is no BEST weapon in the game its all to what ever u like

if u like str then its great axe
if u like speed the is whip

the rumors are that the new slayer monster called the "dark beast" it drops and new weapon called the dark axe but i dont beilive unless i see proof
