Jagex dosnt seem to respond to free worlders!

I have complained to jagex lots but I never get a response I have freinds who are members who get respones every time they send jagex a question or somthing. Me? they dont even respond when I report somone. They dont even do any thing. Like one time I reported a guy for impersonating jagex staff nothing happend. My friends have done that and the person got banned instantly every time! Oh well I'll get used to it.

Well of course Jagex pays more attention to Members, but even as a F2P-er, I remember getting messages from them. However, they won't respond to rants. There's no point, and complaining never helps you.

Also, just because you reported somebody doesn't mean they should be banned. Maybe they got a black mark against their account. Maybe they were banned and you just weren't notified -- it happens.

Also, just a friendly warning, please stop posting so many rant topics on this forum, because some are kind of pointless. Stop complaining and be greateful for what you have. If you want more, then pay $5 per month.
