Problems with main index.php and forums

Had some problems this afternoon (1pm EST) connecting.

Even the main index.php said "too many connections to database" and could not even get to the forums for a while.

The other two threads I saw had to do with outages on Sunday and Monday...just wanted to let the admins know it was an issue earlier today. Just FYI no biggie
