Habing a higher agility level allows you to do harder obstacles.

It allows your energy to go up faster letting me run longer. Also gives access to higher lvl courses. Other than that nothing.

Well... not faster.. or for longer... but it makes your energy recharge quicker. Very helpful.

Also, you may not be able to spell, but it's not hard to click the big 'Spell Cheeck' button right underneath where you type.

just opens up more obstacles, and decreases the time it takes for your energy to recharge.

energy only restores when ur not running or doing an obstacle...

there are shortcuts that happen to be very useful. (not me, my friend has 73 agility).

also, u regain energy, but i only did it cuz of regicide so wat do i know?

i have 71 agility.. compared to 1 agility on my f2p account.. it lets me run alot further in distance.. because the higher ur agility, the faster ur energy recharges.. it does recharge as ur running..

big mog, ur agility is only 56.. so it wont make a huge difference.. but compared to lvl 1 it will..

56 has made a big difference in how fast my engergy recharges, but that's not the point. When your running, energy goes down, not up. It doesn't recharge as you are running. If anything, it may last longer, but the Rs manual mentions nothing of the sort.

The only effect it mentions is a faster recharge.
