Avvy and Signature Request

Hello I am currently in the market for a new signature and avvy if someone could please make me one I would really be appreciative. If you could I would like it to be dark blue with Flame Outlaw on it and have Fighting Forever fading in and out beneath it. For the picture I want to use this, http://www.projectbag.com/cowboy_bebop/pics/movie/spike04_mov.jpg
(I know it's alittle big but most paint programs will be able to use it without losing to many pixels) and have it be 550 x 150. For the avvy I want it to say Flame Outlaw and have Fighting Forever fading in and to have the background matching the sig.

Very nice Vitalising. Did you make those with PSP? The only prob is you might wanna slow down the animation to about 17.

i use PSP to do the backgrounds and i use fireworks to do text and animation
