I do not see a guide for this quest in these forums yet, so I will post my guide here aswell.

Requirements- Must have completed Gertrude's Cat quest and Icthlarin's Little Helper quest
Items required- 5 Death Runes, Cat Amulet Speak, a kitten/cat/overgrown cat, Logs (any), Tinderbox, 1 Chocolate Cake (steal a cake from Ardogune and buy a chocolate bar. Use chocolate bar with cake.), Bucket of Milk, Shears, Rake, 4 Potato Seeds, 1 vial of water, White robe Top and Bottom (such as desert robes), Seed Dibber, GP for Magic Carpet rides (1k is good).
Items recommended- Varrok Teleport Runes, Falador Teleport Runes, Burthorpe games Amulet.
1. Speak to Unferth of Berhrope to begin the quest. He will tell you bob comes back every Monday but hasn't come back this week for his food.
2. Say you will help him and he will tell you to go and talk with Hild who is just up the road.
3. Talk to Hild then give her your 5 death runes and she will enhance your Cat ammy (it will appear with an (e) at the end). The amulet will work as a guide directing you towards bobs location. Click on whiskers to change direction. When it is pointing towards bob, its eyes will light up.
4. Use your cat Amulet to locate bob and talk with him. He will eventually tell you to go to Gertrude who is located just outside of west Varrok.
5. After talking with Gertrude for a while, she will tell you to speak with Reldo (located in Varrok's palace library). Ask him about a Hero named Robert the strong.
6. After talking with him, go back to bob and talk to him again. Your cat will suggest that you visit the Sphinx from Icthlarin's Little Helper.
7. Go to the city of Sophanem located in the south west part of the Shanty desert and speak with the Sphinx.
8. You will be teleported out of the city and see a 5 minute cut scene about how Bob was actually Robert the Strong previously.
9. After Bob's flashback, bob and neite fall in love with each other and go away on a "honeymoon". Bob will give you a list of chores for you to do.
10. Go back to Unferth's house to do the chores-
Tidy house- Click on the bed to make it.
Warm human- Use logs with fireplace (any kind works). Use tinderbox with fireplace.
Feed human- Click on the bookshelf and you will receive a recipe on how to make chocolate cake. Use bucket of milk and chocolate Cake with Table.
Tidy human- Use shears with Unferth.
Tend garden- Weed (rake) the garden and then plant potato seeds (no water needed).
11. When you finish all the chores, Unferth gets ill.
12.Go to the Apothecary in Varrok and talk to him. He will tell you that Unferth isn't realy sick. He will ask you to dress as a nurse (he gives u a hat). You need to get White Robes (top and bottom only) and a vial of water.
13. Take off all armor, weapons, etc except for your doctor or nurse hat, white top and bottem robes, and cat Amulet. Go back to Unferth and give him the vial of water, it makes him better.
14.Talk to bob for another cut scene.
15. Talk to Unferth again. QUEST COMPLETE!

A doctors or nurses hat you get during the quest
