Its pretty good but I would change the color of the font or the color of the stroke around, "design crew member #22." It seems kind if hard to read to me. Mabye make the font black and stroke white or the other way around.

I dont know whats wrong with the Visitor font but my text is set to white and my stroke is set to black so it should look normal but it aint.
