Hmm i am

50 54 1 hp 54

And like to get my stats to

66 66 1 hp 60+
Where should i train I am f2p

And for the training. Giant Skeletons are a good training but I don't know if you should do it because they are lvl 45...

his def lvl is too low for high lvl monsters.
try guards, hob goblins orhill giants

if ur member, then u should train on experiments.

if u aren't, train on small skeles in the wildy.
