I'm Having Trouble with the goal sigs.

I click on goal sigs i log in, choose skills, enter my name and then this comes up...There was a conflict creating with the data you have entered, if this change were to proceed you'd be altering someone else's data, please to file a report on this incident and we will follow it up.
What the heck does this mean and how can i fix it?

I am not sure about this, I will have an admin check it out. Here are some things you can try doing: Clear your cookies, clear your cache (ctrl+F5), and perhaps try a different browser.

Wel will try to have this problem resolved as soon as possible. Sorry.

The problem might be that someone else used your name to register as well.
We did that to prevent people to pretend to be someone and abuse the sigs.
