Its a progam that is used to play runescape. It makes changing worlds faster and it also has some caculators and other useful features in it. Just make sure you download it only from runescpae community or swiftswitch.net or else it might not be safe.

And it also contains an accurate combat calculator, which I have found very useful, yet, it isn't as accurate as RSBandB's so, yeah.
