i was on an f2p world gettin ready 2 pk and ne way i have full rune and a rune scimmmy (non member wepon) so i go 2 lumby 2 get anti d shield i see this lvl 3 person and he asks me wats a newb????????????????

Yes, that combat level question was the most asked in RSC.
