Are you sure? Pretty recently I heard that you were no longer able to do that, but I haven't personally tried.
They stopped it because people found a glitch to make lots of money. They would get a Crystal Bow and go to F2P and high alch it (you are unable to alch it on P2P). It would alch for a lot, then they would go back and buy another Crystal Bow, and repeat, therefore gaining lots of money quickly.
Hmm..well you COULD first i heard about it personaly. Give it a try anyway.
