They have no use as of yet, but make sure you keep it, as they are most likely for a future update.

and they are also in the colors of zamorak (red) and guthix (green)
So i think it is going to be in a big update/quest

aww i was red egg then :(
I also noticed that you cannt trade them so probably will be something to do with a quest

They are not related to a quest, they are for use in a future update, I would suggest you keep it.
