Avatar/sig please!

Would some one make me a sig/avatar of the following description:

A mud brown, comical monkey body, with its arms hanging beside it, its legs curled up into a ball and its feet and hands in fists as well. Its head should be a skeleton comical monkey skull with the fur around the neck jagged as if torn. Its tail should be a regular monkey tail curled in an S shape. Its mouth should be open, the eyes just hollow blackness and a round ring ultra high frequency wave coming out of its mouth. It should be facing South west direction but not form an aerial view. Also its 4th tooth from the centre should be sharp! Under it should be the word (in bubble writing) "Sonic Death Monkey"
THIS IS NO JOKE! I AM DEADLY SERIOUS!

Thats how I imagined it and some people like a challenge in the graphics and creating of computer images etc.
