My interview with customer support.

Well i finally got an interview with one of the customer support team (the other 2 was asleep at the time) over msn heres how the convo went:

Me: so, thanks for meeting with me guys.

cs1: That's ok, we had nothing better to do.

Me: No? no new messages you guys needed to deal with?

cs1: No. no. We have sammy covering.

Me: Sammy?

cs1: Yes, my pet cat.

me: Uh..how..does he use a keyboard..?

cs1: Oh don't be silly. Training him to use a whole keyboard would take time and frankly, i can't be botherd. I just taught him where the delete key was.

me: Surely that will iritate a lot of customers?

cs1: Probably. But other than me, who can they write to?

me: Good point. So what do you do when your cats not using the pc?

cs1: Ah. I play a lot of my gameboy. I don't suppose by chance you've completed super mario bros?

me: Er...no. Shouldn't you be..you know answering some of the customers?

cs1: Ah that's the ingenious part! Although...

me: ...go on.

cs1: Well..shouldn't be giving away my secrets.

me: Well whos going to know? This is a private conversation..no one will know.

cs1: OK! See the amazing part is..i tape the delete key down!

me: Ok..er..do you EVER do anythin g other than delete?

cs1: Well..whenever im feeling daring i will occasionaly ban some people..for no apparent reason. Or even send a few auto reply messages.

me: Any hand written ones by chance?

cs1: Ha...nd...wr..iten..?

me: Erm...nevermind. Well that's all for now, thanks for the....interesting interview.

cs1: About time, i am very busy you know

Heh, thats cool how you can talk to them over msn. I see why coustmer support never does anything, the cat is the only onw who uses the computer lol.

now theres a commited member of the Jagex staff...always on the job..trying to make customers as happy with service as possible. he even hired an employee to help him with the heavy load of work he selflessly slaves away at! i admire him.
