I don't know how long its gonna be until the flooding ends. I think the survivors will not want to see their houses after the water goes down though.

Its gonna be a huge mess. I feel really sorry for the people in the hard hit areas.

I don't think they are going to pump it. Over time it will eventually drain away but its going to reveal terrible sights of those who couldn't survive and the peoples houses. I haven't heard anything about a pump though.

I heard yesterday on the news, there are more than 100deaths and ppl trapped in the attics so rescue workers make holes in the roofs to free them..terrible

Yeh on the news all they were showing was rescue workers cutting holes in people's roofs and pulling people out. I would of left the area when I heard of the storm comming.

They were sick of moving out, the other hurricanes didn't do as much, so some people just decided not to leave

i think that was reeeeealy stupid of them...

Who cares if they were sick of moving out. This was a hurricane that had the highest possible damage rate. I would of only taken stuff that it important to me then I'd be off.
