Complaint about double posting

This is a complaint about double posting being against DA RULES
Runehq forums, Tip.it forums and runescapes forum allow you to double post

i am uppset because the best runescape forum (this forum)
has a rule against double posting

Why would you ever need to double post? Unless you are bumping a post in the Marketplace, what's the point besides annoying people and cheaply getting your post count up?

the reason y those forums allow double posting is because they have disabled post count

We had a poll on here before, people wanted to keep post count. So we have rules about posting to keep post count to an acurate number of how much you are contributing to the forums.

Yeh the edit button is there for a reason. If you need to add something to what you said you can just edit it in instead of making a new post.

Then can you give us a reason why you would ever need to double post ? besides in market forum...
