Ok what i mean by predicted guide is maybe this is what it might seem like
House Building Lvls -
Lvl 1 caprentry to make a 1 room house
Lvl 15 Carpentry to make a 3 roomed house
Lvl 30 Carpentry to make a 5 roomed house
Lvl 45 Carpentry to make a 2 story house with 4 rooms on each floor
Lvl 50 Carpentry to make a 2 story house with 6 rooms on each floor
(Thats all i would think about so far)
What To build to raise carpentry -
When you are gonna raise your carpentry to Advance your house you may build different things
(dunno right now)
Furniture -
This is something to big to think about.....but JaGeX has said that you will be able to make/Buy/trade/sell furniture
Will people be able to break in other ppls houses? -
I would think no...no mater how ur thoeving lvl is....i bet you guys are saying "pff....thats retarded not being able to break into other ppls houses"
well.....you might think its funny when u break in there house and steal there furni but what about after they break in your house? so i would think no....i dont think you will be able to break into other peoples houses
Inviting or kicking out -
I would think you will be able to invite people over to your house
and if some 1 is annoying and they are inside your house i also think u will be able to kick em out
Public, Friends or nobody settings -
Public - any1 can enter your house without permession
Friends - only people on your friends list will be able to go insde your house
Nobody - no1 but you will be able to enter your house
Where will the houses be -
No idea
