Ok... I've heard a lot about teaching intelligent creation in schools lately. Bush seems to support the idea. (gosh i hate that guy) Anyway, what do you think? should the schools teach it or not?

for more details go here:http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/08/02/bush.education.ap/index.html

No because religions believe that a being greater than ourselves created us. And most people in the world have some kind of religion and probably wouldn't believe in evolution.

FYI, it's Intelligent Design, which is just a PC way of saying Creationism. Basically, the RR (Religious Right) realized people were getting turned off by the idea of having Creationism taught in schools, so they renamed it in hopes that most people wouldn't notice that a rose buried under a landfill by any other name still stinks.

Im part of this evil right wing, yet I do not see anything wrong with teaching either. They're theories, one isnt more right than the other.

well evolution IS the most supported scientific theory yet... and judging by my name you can probably deduce my beliefs.

P.S. Bummberboy, you have it backwords. Intelliget creation is the opposite of evolution. Didnt you read the link?
