making a pure ranger

ok im making a pure ranger sometime and i need to kno the best stats to have on me plz post if you have any idea's plz

I suggest getting your range to about 55 and your hits to about 55 or 50. Then do dragon slayer. Then Increase your defense to about 40 just for dragonhides

Seeings youve got a member account you should make tonnes of arrows and stuff for ya ranger. ive got my non member pure ranger his about lvl 60 range and about 50 hps and he pks good in wildy

If you making a pure ranger i have only 1 tip...NO DEFENSE IT ISNT A GOOD PURE UNLESS UR DEFENCE IS !1

Maybe your noob ranger could team up with my noob ranger :wink:

He is currently combat lvl 30, 45 range, 35 Hits, 1 atk, 1 def, 26 mage, 1 pray.

Max hit of 8 with addy arrows so far.

i'm maxing out his mage now, just so i can bind and other st00f.

i personally suggest lvl 10 or 20 defense. depending on if you want extra ranged bonus, go for hardleather, or extra ranged def, go studded.

i would be happy to team with you when u level up a bit. my ranger is 49combat, 65ranged, 20def, 32mage, 1pray and some other junk. pm me in game if you want to team.

heres some advice keep the atk thing on accurate other wise u wil train atk or def keep it on accurate k. Dark maybe sometime we could pk together cause my ranger has 30 range 22 hits cb 19 name is rang3rxpkerx add him on ur new pure and mayb we coule go pking

60 range 42 combat 51 hp 20 mage 1 att\def\str\pray.

you can use drag hide armor, just not the body since thats 40 def but thats ok for now. wear leather body, drag vambs\legs, coif, boots, and have equipped your best bow, 100 arrows, addy or above if p2p.

99 range, 99 mage, X Hp, 1 Def, X Atk, X Str, 1 Pray

Atk and str can be raised for hp xp.

you should be able to get to 40 range in a day (my range pure did) i think i used about 1500 arrows (100 iron bars) to get to 40 range. for f2p i recommend training at goblins (near lumby) or at cows (also near lumby or at crafting guild) to 20 range. After that edgeville guards til like 50 range or so. after that it's really up to you. for p2p I'd say similar training until 20 and then rock crabs which are good up to 60 or 70. Keep def/att/str/prayer at 1. only train range, hp, and magic (if you want).
