The whole health system for one. Basically from what I understand in this game your health does re spawn, but at a very slow rate. This makes a bit easier for snipers to kill people (instead of hitting the target, not killing them, and the target going Rambo once his health respawns). Your health can respawn faster if you have a medic, which is also very neat.
Which leads onto the whole class system. There are four classes, Assault (Assault rifles, Grenade launchers, and Side Arm, Ammo pack), Engineer (Silenced SMGs, RPGs, Repair Drill, Target Marker), Medic (LMGs, Side arm, Health pack, and Defibrillator) And Recon (Sniper, Side Arm, C4, Proximity Grenades).
The Class system plus the health system add up for some strategic value. Assault is very usually for taking out other persons. While all other classes are good at that, Assault has the ammo pack which gives you ammo. This helps it keep killing. The Engineer is the only class which can take out enemy vehicles from a distance, but has limited ammo. This makes it valuable to have it terms of taking out enemy vehicles, and its very useful when it has a Assault by its side.
The Medic is also useful. Being able to revive lost assets (People) on the battlefield and heal them is very useful. This may sound overpowered, but figure if your reviving other dead medics and theres a tank killing you, what then? The Medics LMGs are accurate, but not very powerful. So it's p to Engineers or Assaults to take other personnel out.
Then you have Recon (Sniper) which just provides long range support. Not really a team player, but still very useful for setting traps with its C4. Basically the vehicles, class, and health system all make a fun and strategic game. TBH Just go play the **** thing as I'm not very good at explaining things.
Just believe on the fact that this WILL be a major competitor to MW2. MW2 made a major mistake trying to be BF by adding big vehicles to a game which previously had hardly any. Then theres the continual support by EA and Dice. They provided both FREE and low-costing (400 MSP) addons for the first and I have no doubt they will do the same for this one.
So your saying it's pretty similar to the first Bad Company?
