psp in-game footage recording??

Hi,

I need to know if there is a way to record gameplay on the psp. And if there is a way, how can i do it. I've just gone onto youtube and i've seen users claiming to do this, but strangely, there are never any tutorials that tell you how to do it in detail. So if anybody can help me, it would be appreciated.
