Halo 3 or Call of duty 4

Personally i think they are both great but call of duty is more real life.

both good story lines, but i prefer cod 4.

I don't get the fasination with trying to make games real life. It seems to be such a huge important thing right now and it's stupid. I play a game to escape, to relax, to have fun.

The best games ever created where not in the slightist bit realistic and to be completely honest it's not even possible on todays consoles to even achieve that goal. Sure I'm all for some games going the realistic approach but personally i want more Halos, more metroids, more timesplitters and less bad company, less call of duty.

Halo wins out right and i could argue anyone under the table about it. I liked COD4 but it wasn't as good - it was simply more dumbed down than Halo was and so it was more than capable of appealing to bigger audiences which is great, makes them lots of money but from a random guy that stands to make no money out of it? Halo wins.

When I got my xbox I only bought 1 game with it and that was halo 3. I played it for about 4 months and then borrowed my friends Call of duty 4. I have not gone back to playing halo since (Unless I have to play with my brother). I got Cod 5 as well and plan to get Cod 6, but I will not be getting ODST for Halo.

Huh. Good question.

I enjoyed Halo 3 a whole lot, but I also enjoyed Call of Duty 4 a lot, too.

I have won over 800 games on Halo 3, and I've played for 11 days on CoD4 and I'm 8th prestige.

Overall, I would have to pick CoD4, it's multiplayer is pretty much flawless.

COD4 is way better than halo becuase it takes so long to get kills in Halo but you can just rack up the kills in COD4 much faster.

Halo 3 i give 8/10
Cod 4: 10/10

I would say Halo 3 (flaws and all). Its way more competitve than CoD and Halo 3's MLG gametype beats Hardcore anyday because all you do in there is camp all day around a corner

and its more fast paced. Also since in halo 3 you have no perks or guns you have to unlock so its fair to people of all skills.

I like both a lot, but Call of Duty seems like a better game. Halo has it's moments, too, but I like the storylines and gameplay in Call of Duty more in general.
