Crossfire - Ghost Mode

Since the old Crossfire topic is locked, I guess I have to make a new one. I downloaded this game on Tuesday because I had nothing at school. It's a really fun FREE FPS. It plays much like Combat Arms but it has 4 different game types. Standard TDM, Elimination (where everyone has one life and weapons are picked up at the beginning of the match), Search and Destroy, and Ghost Mode.

I played Ghost Mode for like 3 hours on Tuesday, it was just so fun. Basically one team is the ghosts and the other team is your regular mercenaries. Ghosts have the objective of planting the bomb or taking out the entire team. Ghosts are invisible while standing still and slightly visible while moving. They also only have knives. It's really fun being either side. While you're a ghost you have to sneak up on enemies, don't move when they look in your direction, then move in for the knife kill. As the other team, you always have to be on the lookout to catch a ghost moving. Anyway, definitely something I think you guys should check out.

Crossfire looks awesome. I want to play this sometime this summer when I get an oppertunity. I think my love for it goes along with my Love for Counter Strike. That's a great game, too. Except there are too many pros in games like these. It begs the question, why even play if you are going to get owned anyway. :roll:

I still plan to play both, but it sucks when you aren't the best. :lol:
