Left 4 Dead

I hope I'm getting Left 4 Dead for Christmas, and if I don't I'll just use my Christmas money for it. But anyway...

Does anyone have it? I downloaded a podcast about it from iTunes (Video podcast, too

) and they showed them playing it and talking while they played it, and it was pretty cool. I have wanted this game since I saw it on Gametrailers. It just looks amazing, and I downloaded the demo back when I had a 360, and I seriously couldn't stop playing it.

I hope enough people are here to play through a bit of co-op, or something, when I get my 360.

(Which I shipped to Microsoft about three weeks ago, and still haven't got it back yet. -.-)

1-6 weeks for repair Steven tsk tsk. Me and Danny get ours back usually in a week. Im pretty sure we both opt to use our own box which speeds it up alot. Im also going to firce my second console to red ring as it's in need of a "Microsoft Spa Treatment".

Back on subject though. Ill probably download a demo or rent it, L4D never looked overly interesting to me. Seems to similar to resident evil.

I've got it for PC, and I must say it is quite fun. My favorite mode would have to be Versus, while on the Infected team. I'd have to agree with many people in saying that waiting 20 seconds between deaths seems like hell, and it would be great if it were possible to play as a normal zombie in the meantime just to keep entertained.

Not sure how popular it is on the 360, but quite a few people are always found on the PC version in one of the two Co-op modes. It's just too bad there is no formal lobby to find servers, it just puts you in a random server unless you've got a friend who has an empty space on their server.

Just the PC users online playing L4D. Pretty sure that doesn't count Xbox users as well, though I could be wrong.

It's one of the funnest games. Ever.

I seriously love this game, I can't get enough of it. Even on the normal difficulty this game gets insane at places, but then with added Versus, oh dear gawd wow. Excellent, game, defiently deserves the buy.

I'll have to check my schedule... oh darn, it appears I'm booked for the next few months.

Buut, I can puch all that stuff back to next year.
