I think that the PS3, Wii, and the Xbox 360 all have revolutionary aspects.

But I think the PS2 is the best. Most people have one, and most people started their gaming "career" on the PlayStation 2.

Iunno, I have.

So what do you think?

Against all my beliefs, the Wii. It has gotten gamers off couches and turned it into more of a group thing.

Anyone could argue their opinion anyway, but I think the Wii is the most "revolutionary".

Yeah. Pretty much. The Wii is possibly the best console out there for obese people who don' like to exercise.

I lol'd. 3 letters - NES.

Playstation was probably the most revolutionary, what with the ability to play music via CD's, memory card slots, discs rather than cartidges, 3D graphics...

Gameboy. Name one kid that didn't have one growing up. And if you didn't have one, I can bet my life that you wanted one with all your heart.

well. if you compare ps2 with ps1 there is a BIG difference but the wii certainly is different from the rest.
then again you could look at is like the N64 as being one of the first system's that was decent but it all depends on how you look at it.

Pretty much. The PC wins hands down everytime. It's always leading, never following.

The wii didn't revolutionize anything, it just got people that wouldn't play games usually playing them, it might be a wonder to them but to those that have been playing games for years on end, it's not anything to be excited over.

Of course it all comes down to what you define as revolutionary, if it's bringing in the masses i suppose the wii does but on the other hand, the casual userbase on a PC is much larger.

Ya good point, I wasn't thinking about online gaming, just sitting down in the living room playing alone or with a friend or two.

Yea I agree with PS, it was amazing at the time and lasted for quite a while, especially the games. I still have one of them that I still like to play occasionally xD

The Dreamcast which alot of people sadly never heard of it
was the best system of its time and is 1 of my favorite.

and also the birth of the xbox which changed gaming forever
