Oh, and do you keep your 360 on for long periouds of time without shutting off? It's the fan if you do, because the fan will get worn out and it'll get stuck and make that noise. Sounds like a buzzing/screeching noise right?

No, when it loads up a disk, the fan sounds like its going off then on.

Like on Halo 3, it'll go off and on till the the '3' Logo pops up.

mine does the same, and is pretty **** loud...
does it ever make any screeching noises? cant really explain the noise any better than that.

Yeah that's what it did with mine, pretty weird IMO.

But if it starts screeching, don't worry, just keep playing, it'll go away. It's the fan.

Do you mean the grinding noise when you put a disk in and it sounds like it's getting all scratched?

I don't know why but my computer lags whenever I try to play the game on Regular difficulty or above.

If I play it on Recruit (easiest), everything is fine; very little lag.

BUT I DON'T WANT TO PLAY ON THE EASIEST DIFFICULTY. #-o

My computers not really built for PC gaming... The lady at Best Buy said it was xD

Maybe it's because I have a good graphics card and barely any RAM :-s

This has gotten pretty far off the topic of CoD4. :P

Right now, I'm on lvl 34 of the 2nd prestige. I am just trying to get to 37 so I can have my G36C again :( .

What's everyone's favorite gun/attatchment/camo?

Mine is G36C/Red Dot/Blue Tiger. I like how it barely recoils, yet it still does pretty high damage.

I really can't stand non-Hardcore games anymore. I've gotten to used to them :P

My favorite for normal health has to be G36C/RedDot/Woodland

I can use any gun on Hardcore, I'm fairly good with them all but my favorite has to be the M14 or G3/RedDot/Woodland

I didn't go intro prestige mode yet, I am only level 43. I haven't played COD 4 for the last couple of days since I been too busy playing Rock Band.

I mainly play Headquarters I already forgot what kind of set up I use :oops: I am going to edit this post with the name of the weapons and perks.

I do believe there intending to stop the CoD series at 5. i dont have ay proof really, but ill bet you if they go to six tat would be a world record for game series titles.

Other than that, theres no competition for any titles with CoD.
