I don't believe there trying to compete. Saints is a lot wackier and crazy than any GTA game. GTA4 took a different path and went down a very "serious business" route the chance for mayhem in that game is minor at best...no sky diving out of planes in GTA4.

i honestly think that the falling gunmen should have worried about keeping themselves alive. than trying to shoot you while falling like they are in a seat.

If I was one of them I did be trying to kill him before I died. There isn't much they can do to save themselves.
