threee deee DS

Has anyone got one of these things yet? I've yet to bother myself as with a £200 price tag and no games I'm struggling to give myself a reason.

I did walk into my local Game the other week to see if they had a display case out but no such luck.

I thought of buying it, but I haven't been able to see it in real life yet. And I'm not going to buy it when I don't know if I like it or not. Plus the games they currently have are kinda poor. Perhaps if they'd a Zelda game on it (and I don't mean a remake like OoT).

My friends bought it, and it is really neat. You can really see the 3D. For the sake of upgrades, I am going to wait for then next one before I buy it.

If it wasnt so expensive i would of been tempted to, and unfortunately no one i know has bought it so im out of luck but im kind of curious on how 3D it actually looks.

so how exactly does it work/ look? i am curious but would never buy it, kinda stopped with console gaming.

would be interesting if you can see behind the character's heads from the side.

I've always thought of it like a pop up book. Certain things will pop out at you. Gotta be looking directly at the screen though. And it's got like a slider on the side to turn the 3D up and down. That's all i know.

Quickly searched for a video of it and look at the preview of this game for the 3DS it honestly doesn't look all that great but maybe it was just the preview.

i just took a look a the 3DS at best buy. i hate it.

so i turned out the 3d option, basically they make the screen like the holograms on DVD cases. Where if you went and looked at it from different angles something new shows. that's sort of what they are doing. the 3d thing is very minor, but you MUST look straight down the middle, if you look left or right of dead center you will have double vision. my eyes hurt after 15 seconds of playing that new 3ds sport thingy. the 3ds reminds me of the virtual boy.
