Well, it's not really a full review. Just a summary of what I think.

The campaign was pretty enjoyable. The humor was excellent. Storyline was...interesting. The idea that the Japanese had an EMP device during WWII seems a bit absurd. Would have been hard to pull that off with their technology. Not to mention the fact it wouldn't have done much good besides knock out lights since tech wasn't quite as advanced or depended on. It seems more dangerous now since everything we do is electronic and losing power would bring the world into major crisis. Also, I don't think the Russians would dare invade big parts of the world, let alone the USA.

Aside from those elements, the storyline made sense and wasn't too bad. I tried out the multiplayer and found it unlike any other I've really played (except for the one time I played Battlefield 1942). Sorry, Cliff, but I probably won't provide you too much competition if we play together. I really suck at that game as opposed to CoD 4 and CSS. I'll keep working at it though and maybe I'll get there one day. The one thing I want to get really good at, though, is flying the Blackhawk. If I can figure that out and perfect it, I will be majorly happy. :D

Last Word: Good game worth the $15, but definitely different from any other FPS game you'll have played (unless it was a Battlefield game).

Good review. The singleplayer had a giant plot hole in it dealing with how the EMP device thing ended up on a ship which ended up in the middle of a South American desert.

The multiplayer is like any other Battlefield multiplayer. You have your player classes with specific roles (but in BC2 you have more generalized roles compared to BF2).
I can't fly at all. I manage to take off and go forward a bit before snagging something invisible and then nose diving into the ground.
If you're good at flying we could squad up sometime as I'm a fairly decent gunner, but I don't trust too many randoms to fly me around.

Final note: Anyone who likes the recent CoDs haven't played a Battlefield game, especially when the developer, DICE, can do DLC right. $15 for reused maps versus $15 for a "mini" game set in Vietnam?
