Whoa... ****. If they're going to have dark sequences like that in the game, I'm buying that for sure. Looks a lot like a part of Condemned.

That part at the end was pretty nice. Showed a bit of combat.

The part when it shows you underwater was pretty **** cool.

I'm gonna have to buy this for sure anyway because it's BioShock. :P

**** you trekkie. I still have my doubts about this game but that videos reassured me a bit...not happy with everytime i saw tho;

- Praying that under water section we saw is a one off, minor moment and not something i have to do a lot from my experiance underwater levels suck.

- WTF he used the drill and it just knocked the dude back COME ON LET ME DRILL IT THROUGH HIM :(

Looks good. The entire game won't be protecting the Little Sister because you can't still harvest them instead of Adopting them.

game informer had a huge article about this (issue 192 : april 09). basically u can protect or harvest the little sisters and do whatever u want until u **** off the big sister that then hunts you down relentlessly. sounds interesting to see how long people will survive in there.

Interesting.. Wonder how this fits into the timeline that was set at the end of the last game. The last scene shows you (technically just your hand, but that's essentially all you see during the game anyway) in a bed as an old man, with the former little sisters at your side as you die. If you're still you, you're a zombie who goes back down to Rapture, or you're a younger version of yourself before the events at the end of the last game.

If you're a new person, this could get quite interesting. The combat looks like it'll be quite fun, at least if you had tried the last game at all. Using contraptions instead of just your hand is different, but that probably 'enhances' the powers in some way. Having a Big Daddy drill is an interesting twist, but it looks like it can do some serious damage.

I highly doubt it's a zombie form of yourself, and it's also 10 years after the first BioShock, so my best guess is that you're going to be a new person.

From what i gather you play as the very first big daddy..but it's set AFTER the first game. Go figure.

Bioshock was never meant to have a sequal, everything was wrapped up nicely in BS1 which is why i have my concerns over this one.

It's not really a traditional sequel. It's just another game within the same setting that coincides withe previous story.
