i don't even find those maps hardcore. i mean it takes forever to kill anybody and i find myself using my pistol to kill people since my rifle takes forever to load.

Pistols are a bit overpowered now, at least in the fact that they don't have any muzzle jump when you shoot them. Pretty much find someone long distance, and start wailing away..you'll hit them better than if you were using a normal rifle.

I still think it's easier to die in this game than COD4, but maybe I'm just not remembering the multiplayer correctly. Seems 2-3 shots from anything can kill anyone.

well i kept releaseing my rifle and yet i can't kill people. i got the M1 now but the recoil is a pain...

and it's funny the, reload for that gun is faster if it's empty. i killed somebody with the cocktail, haha threw it right in his head. instant death.

I will throw in my two cents even though I have the 360 beta.

Anyway, the creators of CoD:WaW basically just took CoD4 and:
pasted their own graphics onto it,
added about 20 levels per prestige,
threw in some ******* new perks of their own that they thought were an improvement,
and added vehicles.
FAIL

The only way that I will get it is if I happen to get it for Christmas, and unless the retail version is drastically improved from beta, I won't enjoy it.

o yeah some of the perks are so stupid
"refuse a grenade you picked up" err i'd rather just run.
second chance nobody will ever help another player. it's just common sense unless it's a clan thing
i think the gas is a bad idea since it's impossible to go into a room unless you have the gas mask.

i actually went into HC mode and OMG they basically took the radar away. when i mean away, even with recon you don't see anything. you have to press the map button to see where everybody is and odds are they are right behind you. stupid people.

Yeah, I uninstalled the demo. **** Punkbuster kept messing up when I wasn't doing anything wrong, so I ran all of the diagnostics, reinstalled PB, added special rules to my firewall (which I didn't need before it messed up) and nothing worked. I was ~21 or 22, but I guess it's not worth it to get any higher now anyway.

I liked the Second Chance, you can get a ton of kills. I have gotten revived using it, and I have returned the favor many times. But yeah, I do agree with you on the bomb refuse thing, it's truly pointless. 80% of the time when you see a grenade icon, you don't have time to pick it up to even attempt to throw it back, so there's definitely not enough time to pick it up and re-fuse it.

i had fun today. i got the scope on my m1 ( i think the scope is way too powerful honestly. unlike the scope from cod4 it's worse imo. the scope on cod4 was meant to allow more accurate in a reasonable range. not as powerful as a sniper rifle. i've been killed from people cuz they were just too close and i had no idea where they were.

pb finally updated for me after a week of trying but still plenty of bugs. honestly i hope they would take another few months to work on the game instead of releaseing it before christmas.

Really all they need to have done is the singleplayer. The rest they can just fix via patches (and I suppose they could do that for Singpleplayer as well), as they have with patches 1.1-1.7. I think they've got a good baseline for the final multiplayer. Sure, work needs to be done, but it's not too bad...

honestly what i think should be done.

if FF is off, gas shouldn't effect your own teammates. i've had teammates throw gas where i was and it was soo annoying. in HC mode the radar is gone regardless if you call in recon. which is rather useless considering you have to press the map button but by the time you get it open somebody is behind you and you're dead. if they are going to do that, make it so you have to hold the map to see. like how you press tab to see the score. do the same with the map. trying to find the enemy on the map shouldn't take you out of the game.


in a way, i wish the heli was back. dogs are just annoying :/
