I've got it. It's the kind of game you'll only enjoy if you like the series and/or other games you've played.
The drama peices can get very annoying, especially if you're fighting as or against Broly who constantly sounds like he's having a rather violent orgasm.
As for difficulty, there's six difficulty settings overall with an almost perfect curve. Though obviously some matches are rather imbalanced such as Broly vs Krillin (who is about 1/3 the size and subsequently irritiatingly hard to attack) and goku (non-ssj) vs frieza. These matches have the drama problem outlined above.
Uhh, character selection was disappointing, especially since he majority of games now have all characters from all sagas and all series. This was just DBZ from Saiyan to Cell. Not much I can say on that other than the company's involved will be milking the series through as many games as possible for the 360 just like the PS2 by having 16 new games each with 2 characters more than the last.
Enjoyable, but only if you like the series and have people to play with. Certainly not something I'd reccomend over the higher rated games.

You get basic forms and have to transform in battle. Frieza and Cell for example start at their basic forms but you can power up quite a few times. It's irritating.
