Out of personal experience I can advise Tidus not to pick Rappelz.

Guild Wars is pretty good, and it'll be awhile before GW2 comes out.

See, the thing is, RS is pretty much the only decent free MMO out there. My opinion?

WORLD OF WARCRAFT. Just roll Horde and you're instantly uber cool. :mace:

Guild Wars is also *kinda* free, as in you don't have to pay per month. But you have to buy the game, and it's filled with the worst people you will ever meet.

Lord of the Rings Online is supposed to be cool, haven't been able to try it yet. $10 per month as opposed to $15, too.

rohan. free mmorpg, good graphics, basically the same as wow but without definite skills.

max combat at 99, character re-class at level 50, pvp opens at level 30. at least give it a try for a week, then decide whether you want it or not.

what about World of Warcraft. Thats a pretty good game although it isnt better than Runescape :p

guild wars my friend has it and i played it at his house and it rocked, im probably going to get it myself soon, waiting for a good f2p rs update wich wont happen in a while
