Anchovies	1	1	30		Obtained by fishing with a small net at level 15. Possible locations are Draynor Village. Al Kharid, and Catherby Beach.
Sardine	1	4	40		Can be obtained by fishing with a Fishing Rod and Fish Bait at level 5. Possible locations are Draynor Village, River Lum, and Karmaja Docks.
Karambwanji*	1	3	30		Can only be caught on in the Karmaja Jungle with a small fishing net. Level 5 fishing required.
Karambwan (Partially Cooked)*	1	0	80		This fish poisons you when eaten. It must be cooked on a range. It is used to Kp (Karambwan Poison) spears and arrows and is used in the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest. Poison deals 6 hp of damage. It is caught by Vessel Fishing on Karmaja at level 65.
Herring	5	5	50		Can be obtained by fishing with a Fishing Rod and Fish Bait at level 5. Possible locations are Draynor Village, River Lum, and Karmaja Docks.
Mackerel*	10	6	60		Obtained by fishing with a Big Net at level 16. Possible locations are Catherby Beach and Fishing Guild.
Thin Snail*	12	5 - 7	65		Obtained by killing a Snail in Mort Myre Swamp.
Trout	17	7	70		Obtained by fishing with a Fly Fishing Rod and feathers at level 20. Possible locations are River Lum and Barbarian Village Level 5 fishing required.
Lean Snail*	17	6 - 8	85		Obtained by killing a Snail in Mort Myre Swamp.
Cod*	18	7	75		Obtained by fishing with a Big Net at level 23. Possible locations are Catherby Beach and Fishing Guild.
Pike	20	8	80		Can be obtained by fishing with a Fishing Rod and Fish Bait at level 25. Possible locations are Draynor Village, River Lum, and Karmaja Docks.
Giant Crab Meat*	21	2 per bite (5 bites)	100		Can be obtained by killing Giant Crabs underwater in Port Khazzard. Recipe for Disaster quest must be started. Diving Equipment is also needed.
Fat Snail*	22	7 - 9	85		Obtained by killing a Snail in Mort Myre Swamp.

Cave Eel*	38	10 - 12	115		Can be obtained by fishing with a Fishing Rod and Fish Bait at level 38. Only locations are Lumbridge Swamp Caves and Mort Myre Swamp.
Lobster	40	12	120		Can be obtained by fishing with a Lobster Pot at level 40. Possible locations are Catherby Beach, Karmaja Island, and Fishing Guild.
Bass*	43	13	139		Can be obtained by fishing with a Big net at level 46. Possible locations are Catherby Beach and Fishing Guild.
Swordfish	45	14	140		Can be obtained by fishing with a Harpoon at level 50. Possible locations are Catherby Beach, Karmaja Island, and Fishing Guild.
Lava Eel*	53	14	30		Can be obtained by fishing with a Oily Fishing Rod and Fish Bait at level 53. Only locations is Taveryly Dungeon. Is used in Heroes Quest. See quest guide for info on how to get Oliy Fishing Rod.
Monkfish*	62	16	160		Obtained by fishing with a Small Fishing Net at the Fishing Colony at level 62. Swan Song quest must be started to get there.
Shark*	80	20	210		Obtained by fishing with a Harpoon at level 76. Possible locations are Catherby Beach, and Fishing Guild.
Sea Turtle*	82	20	215		Obtained by participating in the Trawler Mini-Game. You or another player must have level 79 fishing.
Manta Ray*	91	22	216		Obtained by participating in the Trawler Mini-Game. You or another player must have level 81 fishing.

How to Make Dough
1. Pick some grain. Grain can be found North of Ardougne, or North of Lumbridge, in a field.
2. Get a pot
3. Go to a Windmill (North of Ardougne or Lumbridge) and go to the top floor.
4. Put your grain inside the Hopper and pull the lever.
5. Go to the bottom floor and fill your pot with flour.
6. Mix a bucket of water with the flour, the dough is now workable.



You can make Pastry Dough (Pies), Pizza Base, Bread, or Pita Bread now.

Ugthanki Kebab*	1 (58 to make pita dough)	19	40		Obtain an empty bowl and have a knife in your inventory. Use a tomato on the bowl to get a bowl of chopped tomatoes. Use an onion on the bowl of chopped tomatoes to get a bowl of chopped tomatoes and onions. Add a piece of cooked ugthanki meat (Ugthanki Camels in Kharridian Dessert) to the bowl of chopped tomatoes and onions. This will give you a kebab mix. Make pita bread using the instructions above. Use the kebab mix with the pita bread to make an Ugthanki kebab.

Pies
To make a pie, use Pastry Dough with a pie dish. Add your choice of filling and cook on a range. All pies are eaten in 2 bites.

Fish Pie*	47	12	164		Add a cooked Trout, then a cooked Cod, then a potato to the pie shell. Raises your Fishing level by 3 when eaten.
Admiral Pie*	70	16	210		Add a cooked Salmon, then a cooked Tuna, then a potato to the pie shell. Raises your Fishing level by 5 when eaten.
Wild Pie*	85	22	240		Add a piece of raw bear meat, then a piece of raw chomby, then a piece of raw rabbit meat to the pie shell. Raises your Range and Slayer levels by 5 when eaten.
Summer Pie*	95	22	260		Add a strawberry, then a watermelon, then an apple to the pie shell. Raises your Agility level by 5 and heals 10% of your run energy when eaten.

Pizzas
To make a pizza, add a tomato to the pizza base, then some cheese. Cook the pizza on a range, then add your choice of topping. All pizzas are eaten in 2 bites.

Cake
To make a cake, you will need an egg, a pot of flour, and a bucket of milk. All cakes are 3 bites.

I'd suggest looking at other websites and getting some ideas from them. Don't copy them though, that's like... illegal XD

I do like Runehq's Graphs and Tables, you see what i mean? Take the images and compile them into a list, put the exp, cooking level, etc.

It does look like he spent a lot of time on this guide. Great job.

I still have to add chomby spit roasting and stuff. I'm also gonna add some leveling tips, and some extra info to help you guys out and stuff.
