Questions for RSBANDBUpdate! 85

I am still training for Lunar Diplomacy and I need one mining level this time.(Note: I have gotten 61 crafting since the last time, 2700 coifs aren't so bad). Should I either mine 445 coal at the mine carts or 345 gold at the place where the dwarf shoots you through the hole and drop the gold?

I have about 500 dollars to spend ona computer
I want it to work good with Vista
and Work good with Games (RS, Heroes V, StarCraft, Guild Wars )

Yes i do understand the time and effort JAGEX would need but i think they should stop bein lazy and make a really good update like that.

Once Jagex get around to updating the towns and cities graphics again, which place would you like to see get updated?

Doesn't really have to be a town, could be a dungeon, forest, some guy named Bob...
