Looks super duper to me. 4 gig of ram will do you nicelyy especially as Civ 5 got announced not half an hour ago that it needed that much as it's recommended. Load of ******* if you ask me but what do i know.

How bigs the hard drive? Baring in mind anything over 500 means your compensating for something.

Looks really good. Nothing looks too out of place imo. 250gb is a pretty sizeable amount and if you wanted to add more space you could always get an external hard drive or flash drive. Nice find. How much did it cost you in the end?
