Anyone ever used it? For those who haven't,click here. I use it for downloading things and simple browsing but I don't use it as my main browser.

No offense, but it sucks. Putting it through any test, it fails miserably. I'm not saying it's much worse than IE, but if you want a fast browser, use Chrome / Chromium.

SunSpider results

Acid3 score was 43, not that web standards necessarily apply in this case.

Given the Sunspider test, it is definitely not a fast browser by any means.

Here's a SunSpider test with Chromium. For a comparison, paste the URL of K-Meleon into Chromium's test results.
