how do you post your runecape levels on profile pic?

Please is anyone could give me a good guide as on how you post your runescape levels on a profile picture i would apprecite it very much!

or signature that comes up on the bottom of your posts?

Do you mean stat signatures?
If so, you can get one here http://www.rsbandb.com/runescape-skill-signatures-sigs. Then after its made you can copy the link and past it in User Cp-> Profile->Edit Signature and past the link there.

Go to the site aforementioned in Humus' post and create a signature. Then go to your User CP, click on Profile, Edit Signature, then paste the code from the Signature into the space. It will look something like this.
