Wow I haven't seen one of these in a while.

Windows. No point in anything else, unless you work for Apple or something. I know Mac OSX Leopard has that thing where you can swap over your OS to Windows if you want to play a game or anything like that, but it's unnecessarily complicated. You can do pretty much everything you can on a Mac on a Windows based computer to a slightly lesser degree. 9 times out of 10 designers are going to use a Windows based computer because Macs are bloody expensive and work on crappy hardware. And nobody touches Linux or Unix because they're far too freaking complicated to use.

Windows. It's what I've always used, and I'm probably gonna stick with it.

Also, why do you have "I don't own a computer" on there?

I'd say it's not complicated overall, once I accidentally installed Windows. As for Unix, sure that's complicated if you're talking about Open/Free BSD. If you're talking about Linux, most of them especially Ubuntu have become as easy if not easier to use than Windows... most of the time.

So yea... as you probably guessed I use a Mac. But I also use Windows as well ;)

I haven't used any Mac since at least Mac 7 or so, whatever that was.

I've used Windows/Microsoft nearly all my life, so I'm quite accustomed to it. Currently, between Windows and Linux, Windows is my favorite. I don't get many problems, and those that I do get I can usually resolve by myself, if not with a few trips to The Oracle. I'm starting to like Linux more now, but I don't really have any need to use it other than curiosity.

I prefer Ubuntu to windows unfortunately I don't have space on my main pc for Ubuntu so I use windows most of the time.

Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to use a mac yet so I can't make any judgment on it.

Ubuntu may be complicated to some people but most medium to advanced computer users should be able to figure it out on their own and if they can't then they can post on forums like this one or www.UbuntuForums.org.

A Kid asked Jesus, "How much do you love me?" and Jesus said. "This much."
And spread his arms out on the cross and died.

Definitely would be Ubuntu.

For what I do (Text editing, Graphical art, surfing, RuneScape, and a few flash games) it's fine.

I like Ubuntu because it almost always does what I tell it to do.

I do have a few games which are windows only, so I have to play those on one of the windows computers in my house.

The main reason I dislike Windows is because it will try to do what you want but won't tell you it has a problem until it completely crashes. It'll keep acting as if it's working on it.

I've never had the opportunity to use a Mac. I'd like to sometime.

I do too...yet it's not really an operating system cuz it can't sync itself...

Actually the iPod Touch uses a version of Mac OS X. Stripped down, sure, but it's still technically an operating system.

And I'd not use the definition of an operating system as something that can sync itself.
