Does anyone know how to make animated GIFs using a short video clip? If there are certain programs needed Id prefer if they were free :oops:

I think you can export videos in Windows Movie Maker as GIFs. If not maybe I'm thinking of Camtasia Studio 5... :oops:

Yeah, just save the file extension as a .GIF
If you can't, download a file converter.
I think Quicktime can btw.
