Everything else is past recomended, so what they just make a powerful computer and then think, hey, let's chip that off to **** them off?

All integrated video cards are bad even now. The reason being is they have to farm out graphics rendering to the CPU rather than a dedicated GPU. The dedicated GPU will always be faster. It shouldn't cost you more than $200 to get a nice new video card. In my experience the only time you get a good video card with a computer is a) if it's a system designed for gaming or b) you build it yourself.
