So today im laying in bed watching a movie after swim practice. I start to smell buring plastic, so i look around. I determine its coming from my computer and mainly the fan on the back of the power box. So commen sence kicks in and i think its just dust getting hot and burning. So i unplug it and i take it in my living room and spray the fan and the pc down with compressed gas. Then my pc wont turn on, about that time sparks shoot out the back. What caused this and what kinda damages to the motherboard and other parts could i expect?

well the easiest way to explain what happened is...

it cooled off to fast and might have cracked the motherboard. that is a good-yet possibly wrong guess.

Well the parts you would need would be a new Motherboard,New Memory if it was Fried and Power Supply. well and as well as fans if needed.
