I use SpyBot, Norton Anti..
Spybot is free, Norton Anti has a free trial you can download..

I use spy bot and nortan antivirus mainly, and i use zone alarm too for my firewall.

all free btw

Basically, go on http://www.download.com and serach "Anti" or something like that, you'll get a whole bunch....

Ad-aware se personal edition or something
North Anti Virus.
Plus a couple other interesting programs
