i haven't posted in a while so, here's one that's in the form of a question.
I just bought a Microsoft sidewinder X8 wireless/wired gaming mouse (i still have my X5
). I installed the IntelliPoint software for the mouse. But, when i go in game to play counterstrike. I cant use the "on-the-fly Dpi buttons". Microsoft give this mouse three buttons that you can assign a certain level of dpi (all of the sidewinder mouses come with this). I press one of the buttons, but on the lcd panel, nothing changes, it still says at 4000dpi. I usually have it set at this and just lower my in-game sensitivity. I want to configure it, so i can actually aim better and have less sharp movements.
Any help would be great.
