Phone Amp

So my DSL connection blows, on a good day it will stay connected, but half the time it will disconnected ever 5 minutes or so. The DSL company says that we are to far out and the single is to weak, is there a amplifier I can buy to boost the signal?

You mean boost wireless signal or boost the quality of your connection?
How are you connected? (Satellite, Cable, Phone Network)

I don't think you can do much here. Only your ISP can control the quality of your connection. I was in the same situation not long ago.
My ISP promised to give me at least 8Mbps however I lived very far from the central and I could only get ~2Mbps.

I recently changed to fiber-optic connection (50Mbps) and so far so good. No failures, and very stable. Maybe consider changing to a different connection?

EDIT: I just read the title. Does this mean you're connected with a phone network? Phone Networks aren't very stable so this might explain a bit of the problem.

There's nothing you can do at your end. It's all up to your DSL provider to put something else in, or leave you with lousy service.
