Getting a new 320GB harddrive for my laptop, thinking of leaving Vista as the main OS, but having a few other options that don't involve a virtual machine. I'd probably have Vista, XP, Ubuntu/G OS, and maybe one more. I've had a few recommendations for software, either Grub or GAG seem to be the most recommended.

Any other recommendations for software, good guides, or suggestions?

Thanks.

Personally I have Ubuntu installed just as a backup to Windows, and it's there for if I need to tamper with any of Windows' important files for whatever reason.. 8-[ I wouldn't bother with XP if you've already got Vista or vice versa, unless there's something you specifically need XP for.

That was another option I'd consider, but I'd rather get something with more support behind it.

I would use GRUB it comes with Ubuntu and will be installed with Ubuntu unless you disable it.

A Kid asked Jesus, "How much do you love me?" and Jesus said. "This much."
And spread his arms out on the cross and died.
If you believe that he did this for you put this in your signature.
