Widescreen rocks. Your computer definitely is one that is on clearance sale, judging from the CPU, but nevertheless a great price.

Pentium D 820: Not too great.
XP Media Centre: You had better have got a free vista upgrade with that.
1GB RAM: Meh. Standard now. 1.5GB or 2GB would be better.
160GB HD: Thats getting small now.
7300SE Gfx: Ok i guess. Not great, though.
19" Monitor: Ok, thats pretty good. Whats the resolution?

Its not great value, but its not bad value either.

i actually made a mistake when i looked at your reply, the pcs have very similar specs that i looked at. the one i ACTUALLY have is in the first post now

resolution is 1440 x 900

my dad naffed up the downloading patches for WoW by turning the power off by mistake, and now it wont even install. so WoW is out for now.
bought compny of heroes yesterday, its amazing and runs smoothly apart form the mouse flashing, but thats not a problem. its the best strategy game ever imo, and one of the best games ever.
